Everything you need to know before placing your order:

1. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India
Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹149 additional charge

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped

3. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We ship all orders via Amazon Shipping, ensuring secure and reliable delivery to your
doorstep.
All shipments are trackable and carefully packed in Gaurangi’s signature packaging.

4. Delivery Speed
All orders are delivered within 7–10 business days
Delays may occur during festivals or unexpected service disruptions

5. Delays or Service Interruptions
In rare cases of courier delays or external interruptions, we’ll keep you informed via SMS or
email.
We appreciate your patience and will always support you during such times.

6. Late or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives:
Late: Wait up to 2 more days before reaching out—courier delays may occur.
Damaged: Contact us within 48 hours with unboxing videos or photos. We will only offer a replacement.

7. Returns & Cancellations
No returns on COD orders
Replacements only are available for damaged or incorrect items
Cancellations: Accepted within 6 hours of placing the order
