● Razorpay – Our trusted payment gateway partner
● Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on selected pin codes across India

Note: International orders must be prepaid. COD is only available for domestic
deliveries and may include a minimal handling charge.

Secure Transactions
All transactions on www.gaurangi.in are processed via Razorpay, a PCI DSS-compliant
and trusted payment gateway. We do not store or retain your credit/debit card or banking
details. Your payment information is encrypted and securely handled.

Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email
and/or WhatsApp message with all the relevant order details. Please keep this for your
reference.

Failed Transactions / Payment Issues
If your payment fails but your account is debited, don’t worry. The amount is typically auto-
refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If the refund is not reflected, please email us at gaurangi.care@gmail.com with the
payment proof and we will assist you immediately.

Prices & Taxes
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services
Tax). Any additional charges (such as shipping or handling) will be clearly mentioned at
checkout.

International Payments
We accept international orders with prepaid payment only. International customers can pay
via international debit/credit cards supported by Razorpay. Currency conversion charges,
if any, are borne by the customer’s bank.

Payment Disputes
In case of any unauthorized transaction or dispute, please contact your card-issuing bank
